PTSD Recovery & Medical Debt Relief

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my story. It means a lot. Regular updates will be posted for the sake of transparency.
Between September 2024-March 2025, I endured a great deal of trauma, resulting in my missing 3 months of work - two on an official leave of absence (unpaid), and one due to missing days (unpaid), either to attend doctor's appointments or because I was very sick. This has also meant a huge uptick in various medical appointments. This situation caused my autoimmune issues to go into overdrive, with new symptoms appearing on top of the existing symptoms.
I have a preexisting diagnosis of cPTSD that has caused a slew of physical ailments since childhood, and the recent trauma has added a new PTSD diagnosis on top of it. This situation has also made my MDD treatment resistant, and my OCD has become severe. I have not had an opportunity to truly begin healing from this experience because of the financial burden. I do have a job, but I am getting scheduled 8 hours PER MONTH, and I'm pouring all of my energy into finding more work.
The past 4 years have seen my health decline in various ways even before this traumatic experience. I had two surgeries in 2023, including one that forever changed my digestive system. September 2023 marked the beginning of my inability to work full time due to my health.
I am choosing to remain anonymous so that the people who traumatized me will hopefully not find this. I do not have the resources nor the mental fortitude to take them to court, and I desperately want to just move forward however possible. This has exhausted me down to my soul.
On top of this, I've been having car issues for a few years, and can't afford to fix or replace it. It has gotten to a point where it won't pass inspection and the tags are expired, so it's a huge risk to drive. The air conditioning stopped working a few years ago, so it's also a health risk to drive in the summer.
All of that being said - I am desperate to find some sort of stability. Being free of the burden of this heavy medical debt and having access to a working car would make a HUGE difference.
My bills include three ER visits in the last 3 years, a dental procedure I need but have been putting off due to lack of funds, several months of increased therapy and psychiatry appointments, a compounded Labcorp balance and a MRI bill, and several other compounded balances (primary care, endocrinologist, dermatologist [skin cancer checks/removals and several skin condition flare-ups related to my autoimmune conditions], cardiologist, and physical therapist who I can no longer afford to see), and car repairs (I'm waiting to hear what it will cost to pass inspection, at the very least). Any new ones will be posted in updates.
Thank you again for even reading, and thank you so much to everyone who has given me love and encouragement throughout all of this. There have been points where I (and my medical team) genuinely did not believe I would make it. Lastly, thank you so much for anything you are able to give, especially in the current economy. I appreciate and treasure you all very much.
