I created this go fund me in hopes of helping to relieve some of Melinda’s stress and worries in this challenging time. Not only have the medical bills tripled in just a few days she will now miss work in order to care for Bella. Melinda has a heart of gold and has volunteered so much of herself for others and my hopes is that the favor can be returned so that she can focus on Bella‘s healing.

From Melinda: What was meant to be a simple surgery turned into a medical crisis when the anesthesia, pain, and stress triggered Bella to develop Functional Neurological Disorder.  She now has seizures, tics, and tremors.  She was transported by two ambulances and spent 3 days in the hospital.

We’re home now, but her recovery is ongoing.  We will have to take it day by day on returning to school and will need to see several specialists. More than anything, we ask for prayers — for healing, strength, and God’s continued protection.

We’re trusting Him to carry us through this.
