My name is Amanda and last year I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease. It’s causing me to not be able to absorb many nutrients. Because of this my teeth and gums have been affected. While trying to do preventative care with my teeth my dentist told me a few months ago that there is nothing else she can do. I need to have my remaining teeth pulled and to get dentures. My teeth have started breaking off and my gums are almost always infected. This is causing a lot of pain and the doctors think it could be one of the reasons my face is swelling. I’ve tried fund raising before by baking but I simply cannot bake fast enough to raise the money needed for everything I need done. I’m desperate at this point, which is why I’m making this go fund me. I’m ready to be out of pain and to be able to talk, smile and laugh again with confidence.
