As suggested by friends of Bekah, this fund is a collection for Rebekah Lehman’s daughter, Alivia, who was left motherless after she took her own life on 9/11/22. Nothing will ever fill the void of her mother’s passing, but perhaps a fund for her mother’s remembrance will help her feel cared for. We will discuss as a family how to manage this money for her until she wants to use it for education, an experience to remember her mother by, or whatever she feels she needs the most. I want to thank everyone for all of the kind words you’ve shared about Rebekah. I’m sure she would appreciate how you have been thinking about her daughter’s well-being.
