Relief fund for AK, owner of Montclair Convenience

I've created this fundraiser for my Neighbor, long-time small business owner of Plaza Convenience Plus store (located at 412 Bloomfield Ave, Monclair) of 11 years and friend, who has recently been through a major hardship and traumatic event. Thanks to the Gods, Universe or whatever you believe in, he and wife were not injured.
This incident happened at approximately 2am on January 23 in Bloomfield when an incapacitated driver (unaware at the moment whether intoxicated or suffering a medical emergency) plowed at high speed into their driveway, totaling both of their cars, one of which wound up into their home causing $14K of structural damage and the driver's car was overturned.
Many know him as a very gentile, smart and wise man who dedicates his days to interact with his regular customers and always asks how you're doing, and he really means it. You can open up to him and he will give you solid, sound advice and set you straight and put a smile on your face.
Recently his rent was raised and his business is no longer able to profit but he still insists on keeping the store open to stay occupied. He is 72 years old, and an Immigrant from India..
He is very loved by our neighbors and beyond and I want to ask for your help in 2 ways.
1) I request that you skip CVS and other grocery chains and give him a bit of surge in business.
2) The structural damage to their house will be covered and his humble 2003 Toyota Corolla is a wash. However, his Wife's late model Subaru was also totalled and Geico is shorting them $8K. Whether any funds we can gather, they can either help lessen the blow of the loss of their insurance pay out, or cover funds for legal council to appeal the assessment.
I'm going to set the limit at that # but I am not expecting to reach it, it's just the amount that they're are unable to recover for an accident that they were of no fault -- every little bit helps for an elderly, handicapped good soul.
