Vasudeva, just 25 years old, passed away on May 14, 2025, after battling tuberculosis and other health complications at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. He was admitted to the ER on May 12 due to acute shortness of breath and required ICU care, ultimately needing ventilator support because of severe lung damage from chronic TB, which he was unaware of. Despite the medical team's efforts, he succumbed to multiple organ failure, leaving behind significant hospital bills. He was a student at Lamar University in Texas.
This tragedy has placed immense strain on his family in India, where his father, who suffers from polio, runs a small business and his sister is in college. The family relied heavily on Vasudeva, who also had educational loans to repay. His funeral is scheduled for May 22, 2025, in Beaumont, Texas, as the body wasn’t conducive to being sent to India.
We are raising funds to support Vasudeva’s family during this difficult time. Any contribution—whether a donation or sharing this campaign—will make a meaningful difference in their lives. Thank you for your kindness and support.
