My name is Ashleigh and I am from Bradford. My grandmother and other members of our family have been devastated by hurricane Melissa that hit Jamaica on Tuesday 28th October 2025. Houses have been torn down, there is currently no electricity or phone lines, roads are blocked which is preventing any relief from reaching the village. We are trying to raise money to help with repairs to their houses and businesses as they have lost everything. We appreciate any donation large or small, thank you so much for your support - any money received will be sent to our family in Thornton and used to buy building materials.
