Eric and Jody who have fallen into hard times.
Eric was diagnosed earlier this year in June, with Stage 4 colon cancer, he has been doing chemo since and unable to work due to that. Fast forward 6 months, December him and Jody tested positive for COVID-19, and some of their kids. Battling cancer has made battling COVID and pneumonia a challenge. He got taken to the hospital Dec. 15 by ambulance and has been in the hospital ever since. He's fighting to keep up his oxygen daily, and they are not sending him home until he can keep it up. He probably won't be home in time for Christmas or New Years to celebrate with all of us.
My mom, Jody who can't work due to medical disabilities like fibromyalgia, is at home worrying like crazy and hoping Eric makes a full recovery. Their big blended family of 12 kids and 13 grandkids, who love them both so dearly are trying everything we can to help. She hates asking anyone for financial help so we (her kids) are doing it for her.
They are both the most amazing people and they are struggling to pay all of their bills since both are not working due to their medical issues that just keep arising.
They need a Christmas miracle!!
Please let us know if there is any other way you would like to help in their time of need. She is accepting Venmo donations @Jody-Jepson if you aren't wanting to donate here.
Thank you all so much, and thank you for everyone who is willing to donate during the holidays and unprecedented times. And thank you to all of those who have already donated and given meals. Lots of love! xoxox
(To limit any confusion on how to donate & due to multiple fundraiser pages that are still open at this time. We’ve decided to make it easier for donors by having one page. We hope this will help with getting any funds directly to Eric & Jody to help with these unexpected expenses)
