Relief for the Al Qirm Family

Donation protected
My name is Bushra Hanaif from Connecticut, USA, and like millions of Palestinian Americans, I am deeply troubled by the ongoing crisis in Gaza, feeling a profound sense of helplessness in aiding our families back home. Witnessing their suffering and loss devastates us, leaving us eager to offer assistance in any way we can. My objective is to support my family in Gaza through various means, including providing food, medical care, and facilitating evacuation, among other necessities. Your contributions will directly benefit five families in need. Upon reaching our fundraising goal, I will transfer the collected funds to the individuals listed below via Western Union.

As many of you are aware, Gaza is currently facing a dire humanitarian crisis that has persisted for five agonizing months. The people of Gaza are enduring unimaginable suffering, including loss of property, loved ones, starvation, health crises, and much more. It is a situation that I never thought we would witness, yet here we are, witnessing the world's silence in the face of this abomination.

I come to you with a humble plea for assistance. I ask for your support in raising funds to aid my mother's family in Gaza, who have been deeply impacted by this ongoing tragedy.

Recently, we mourned the loss of two beloved cousins, Maher and Ahmed Al Qirim, who were tragically taken from us right at their doorsteps in Khan Younis. Each of them leaves behind their wives and five children, now facing the daunting task of rebuilding their shattered lives. These children not only lost their devoted fathers but also their homes, now living in deplorable conditions in the Mawasi camps.

Furthermore, I must bring attention to the urgent medical needs of my cousin Mahmoud, a 13-year-old boy who requires dialysis. Due to the severe restrictions on movement and healthcare access, Mahmoud has been unable to receive treatment for over three months. An emergency medical transfer to Egypt is his only hope, requiring $10,000 for border crossing and passport fees.

In addition to Mahmoud's plight, two more of my cousins, Mona and Rima, have recently given birth amidst the chaos of this genocide. Their families are struggling to provide basic necessities such as baby formula, clothes, and other essentials for their newborns.

Additionally, two other cousins remain detained for “questioning,”their whereabouts and well-being unknown for the past three weeks. They too leave behind wives and children facing the uncertainty of their loved ones' fate, famine, and loss.

Your generous contributions will also support the wider Al Qirm family, who are enduring starvation and horrific conditions in the Al Mawasi camps. Your kindness will not go unnoticed, and you will forever remain in our hearts and prayers for extending a lifeline to my family during this dark time.

Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and solidarity. May you be blessed abundantly for your willingness to alleviate the suffering of others.
