I’m reaching out on behalf of Shelby, one of the most caring and selfless people I know, and her sweet dog, Coby.

Coby recently faced a sudden, life-threatening medical emergency. Shelby was forced to make a heart-wrenching decision: pay for emergency surgery upfront or risk losing her beloved companion. Without hesitation, she chose Coby. Thanks to her love and quick action, Coby’s surgery was a success, and he is now slowly on the road to recovery.

But the journey isn’t over. Coby still needs follow-up care, including stitch and drain removal, to ensure he heals safely and fully. The costs have quickly added up, and while Shelby would never ask for help herself, the financial burden is overwhelming.

Shelby is the kind of person who always puts others first - her friends, family and pets alike. As all pet owners know, our companions are family. This fundraiser is about giving Shelby the chance to focus on what truly matters: helping Coby heal without the crushing worry of medical bills.
