In August of 2017 Saria Thompson had a life changing surgery called Chiara Decompression. Chiari decompression surgery removes the bone at the back of the skull to create space for the brain.  A year into recovery, Saria was involved in an accident that totaled her sedan. She immediately went to the Emergency Room and was diagnosed with a concussion and was told that the symptoms would last up to 6 months. After more than 6 months of suffering from this trauma, Saria went back to her Neurosurgeon who discovered that Saria had not been suffering from a concussion, but had been experiencing the painful symptoms of a traumatic brain injury having gotten into an accident so soon after having such a major surgery. 


Saria has been unable to work as a Realtor with her brain injury and further complications. This has not only impacted her professional life but has brought hardship to her whole family. We are asking our KW Partners Family and Realtor community to help out! Let’s pull together, and provide support for Saria and her family.
