My name is Andy, and our 5 yr. old husky Remus was diagnosed with two malignant tumors in his spleen and liver called Hemangiosarcoma. We have already spent thousands of dollars to try and figure out what it was from 2 different vets and don't really have the funds to keep him going and even if we did, typically the survival rate is low and only for a couple of weeks/months. This dog means the world to both of us, but even more to my husband Winston. He went through cancer himself, and Remus would sleep by his side in bed while he went through chemo. So it's almost like a sick joke from the universe at this point to take him away from Winston. To add insult to injury, our pipes burst on our main line to where we need to fix it and that costs upwards of $8,000 because they don't allow Quest pipe repairs so we essentially have to repipe the main line with all new pipes. I never thought I would get on here to ask for help, but any type of good news would be helpful at this point and I just want to take this crazy plumbing issue off his mind and mine so we can focus on Remus. We plan on seeing the oncologist soon, but even with chemo and biopsies, the survival rate doesn't look good. If you want to help with either, we would greatly appreciate any amount that could help and thank you so much.
