Hi, my name is Marivic, and together with my husband Ed Roberson, we are reaching out for support. On September 30, 2025, a powerful magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck northern Cebu — the strongest in the region’s history. Our family felt the quake and were very shaken. While our home and business sustained only minor damage, the devastation in North Cebu is far worse: families have lost their homes, food, and access to clean water.

This isn’t the first calamity we’ve lived through. In 2021, during Typhoon Odette, we also experienced destruction firsthand. Thanks to GoFundMe, we raised funds then that helped provide relief to many families.

Now, we are again called to act. Donations will go directly toward water, canned goods, rice, tents, tarps, hygiene kits, and medicine. Funds will be withdrawn through my U.S. account and transferred to Cebu, where we’ll personally help oversee the purchase and distribution.
