The situation is urgent. There is no electricity or water, and it may be weeks before these basic services return. People do not have generators or extra food, and the ongoing rain is causing even more damage. The need is immediate—residents need tarps, nails, plywood, food, water, blankets, soap, shampoo, and other essentials just to get through each day. With the help of "Organizacao dos Rios de Porto Longo," will go to each house in the neighborhood, assess the damage, and provide what each family needs directly.
