I wanted to pass on an a very unfortunate update about Maria's situation...
I spoke with Maria 2 weeks ago to find her very excited to return to work on the 24th of January.
She had battled the medical problem with her legs & retaining water and was eager to finally get back to
her life and schedule. Fast forward a couple weeks, she had a follow up with her doctor who referred her
back to her oncologist. Maria's cancer has returned and has spread to her lungs, liver, kidney, spine.
Maria let me know that the Doctors told her to start to prepare her family for the worst. In true Maria
fashion she is prepared to fight for her children & family with 10 weeks of radiation starting
this Wednesday followed by chemotherapy.
We thought we should repost this to possibly give her just one less thing to
worry about...Please Keep Maria in your thoughts & prayers.
