Hey guys, Katie here. Some of you may know by now, some of you may not, but I recently had an accident on a boat I was cleaning. I ended up shattering my heel bone and breaking my ankle. I will need surgery in 2 weeks when the swelling goes down. Right now, I can barely take care of myself and am using a knee scooter to get around. Adam and I had to purchase some medical equipment, including the scooter, so I’m able to do bare minimum things when I’m alone. I know times are tough and anything is appreciated. I have a very long road of recovery ahead of me. The doctors are telling me it could be as long as 12 months. I hate asking for help, and I’m scared. Knowing that some of my medical expenses would be taken care of would be a huge burden of relief for Adam and me. I love you all and thank you.
