My name is Ivan Rivera. As of the last few months, I've been to the emergency room and to specialists to take care of an ongoing issue pertaining to my urinary health, of which I've accrued several bills that I do not have the funds to pay. I am hoping to get a hand as the bills keep mounting. Even with insurance, my co-pays are huge and have caused me stress both psychologically and physically.

Also, being disabled and receiving a one-time monthly payment to live on, it's becoming difficult to navigate. Before the end of the month, all the money that's available is gone, and I'm left struggling to find finances and trying to offset charges from my bank because my account is empty several weeks before my next month's SSDI payment. I have had help from family for a long time for certain things, but I'm ashamed to continue to do this, and I feel I'm a burden. So, I can hope for the best in my lowest of moments that I may receive some relief. To those who will help see me through, I thank you so very much with all my heart.
