Relief for friend in Puerto Rico

As some of you know, Maureen Fox and her son, Majua, live in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico was completely devastated by Hurricane Maria. I have been in contact a few times with Maureen. She and Majua are safe and their house has minimal damage. BUT, the state of the island is catastrophic. Many are homeless, there is no water, no electricity, no deisel fuel, so therefore, no generators. Stores are closed. There is no food to buy. Maureen is a primate researcher and veternarian. The primate center is in very bad shape. there is no electricity and no trees left for shade for the animals. They are in desperate need of outside help. They are having to ration food for the animals. Several of her coworkers have lost everything. The people of Puerto Rico are in desperate need of help. There is no news and no one is informed as to what help is on the way and in what form. The need is dire. I am setting up this GoFundMe page in order to raise donation money for Maureen and her son and her coworkers and the primate facility. Please consider donating. Anything helps!
