Douala and Santchou have been affected by flooding causing serious damage. Thousands of people have had to flee their homes. Most are without food or shelter. They are in need of food, drinking water, clothes and health assistance for children.
In Santchou wells are contaminated and many parts of the city are without clean drinking water. The main road has almost been severed by the flood making the situation very critical.
