Sonar and I have deep connections in Nepal and we are raising money to help the residents of Kathmandu who have been affected by the devastating flood of the past week.

Heavy rainfall over the weekend has caused deadly landslides and widespread flooding in Nepal. More than 200 people have been killed, and over 30 are still missing.

Many of you helped 9 years ago when Nepal suffered a catastrophic earthquake that killed approximately 9000 people. Because of your donations, Sonar was able to reach victims in underserved and remote areas, providing food, water and shelter materials. Along with local Rotary International and Lions Clubs he would now like to help the residents of his hometown of Kathmandu.

With so many heartbreaking disasters unfolding around the world, we humbly ask that you consider helping the people of the Kathmandu Valley.
