My Name Is Garry Wilson I reside In Denver Colorado and in Jamaica. I have dual residency in USA and Jamaica. I was legally married to a Jamaican woman Stacy in 2007, the 3 children she had before I met her. I helped raise all three, the youngest at the time was 16 months the oldest 4 years. They call me Daddy and I call them my children. Any man can be a father it takes someone special to be a daddy.
My three grown children Sammeeki, Ryan, and Shavelle, their mother Stacy and extended family, cousin Carissa, grandmother Elora, and great grandmother Shula. Additionally a close friend, her father Wabeon and his wife and child , are all facing unimaginable hardship in Jamaica after Hurricane Melissa. The storm has completely destroyed 2 homes, while another family member’s house has been severely flooded. All of them have lost their jobs and any means of income for the foreseeable future. With no power for weeks to come, they are unable to store food, and their cooking and refrigeration appliances have been destroyed or are unusable due to the lack of gas and electricity.
Two family members are in need of immediate medical care and medications, making the situation even more urgent. Right now, they are without shelter, food, and access to basic necessities. Their needs are urgent, immediate, and critical. The funds raised will go directly toward securing temporary housing, providing food and clean water, covering medical care and medications, and helping them begin to rebuild their homes and lives. Every dollar will make a real difference in helping them survive this crisis and start to recover.
Your support would have a huge, positive impact on their lives—possibly even saving lives. It would give them hope and show them that they are not alone as they face this overwhelming situation. Thank you for considering a donation to help my loved ones in their time of greatest need.

100% of The Funds donated will be used to help with their immediate needs like shelter. food, water and medical. Once immediate needs are met the funds will be used to supplement their lost incomes and rebuild their homes that have been completely destroyed.
I am currently in the USA and am unable to travel to Jamaica because the Montego Bay Airport is still closed. Also, at this time I can help more from here by raising money and managing my Denver Granite business to make as much money as possible to send to family and friends in Jamaica. To date all the money, I have sent so far has come from my personal USD savings account. I have not yet tapped into the donated funds.
