This is Rahima, and my friend and coworker is going through a hard time since he and his family have been displaced.

Last week, a horrific fire started approximately 2 miles from David Sayre's family home. The winds sent gusts over 90 mph, and the fires quickly spread east and west, engulfing much of David's block. So far, we are hearing that his home is still standing; however, we do not know when or if he will be allowed to return.

Along with David, his elderly mom, daughter, and family dog have been through a very stressful time. I am hoping we can come together as #OneSWCA and help show David that in times of hardship, we can unite and help carry some of the heavy load. If you can offer a bit of light during this dark time, I know David will never forget.
