My name is Brian Louwers, and I'm an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and problem solver who believes technology should create opportunities for everyday people. Over the years, I've worked in business, sales, coaching, and real estate, and I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be for investors to manage properties remotely. Something as simple as getting photos of a property, checking whether it's occupied, meeting a contractor, or installing a lockbox can become a major challenge when you're investing outside your local area. At the same time, I've met countless hardworking people looking for flexible ways to earn additional income and support their families. That realization inspired me to create REI Runner.

REI Runner was built to solve both problems by connecting real estate investors with local people who can complete on-demand field tasks in their communities. My vision is to create a nationwide platform that helps investors operate more efficiently while creating flexible earning opportunities for thousands of people across the country. This project is deeply personal to me because I know what it's like to start with limited resources and work toward building something meaningful. REI Runner represents more than just a business—it represents the opportunity to create jobs, support entrepreneurship, and bring real-world solutions to an industry that needs them.
