Rehabilitate baby Blu

Baby Blu is a rescue pup from Amman, Jordan. He was found severely abused and tortured as a tiny puppy. A few cruel kids were seen pulling him on gravel with a chain around his neck. This caused him to almost lose his front paws as they were so severely damaged. Thankfully his rescuers were able to save his life, heal his wounds and fly him to Canada at 4 months old. Getting him out of a country where dogs are regarded as filth and worthless was the biggest priority. Although he had some behavioural issues when he arrived, it was nothing we couldn’t handle. But as he got a bit older, his behaviour started getting substantially worse. We believe it’s PTSD from his past, and just overall fear and anxiety. He has started snapping on us, as well as his fur brother. He is a nightmare with people coming into the house, and has even bitten guests. None of the at-home training we have done has worked... we are at a cross roads because this has taken such a toll on all of us, that we don’t know if we can keep him. That being said, we don’t believe anyone else would adopt him given all of his issues. Sadly dogs like him aren't the most desirable. We love this little guy so much and want to give him a healthy and happy future. We have done a ton of research and have finally  found a training facility where he would need to go for a minimum of 3 weeks, up to as long as it would take to help solve all of his issues. The thing is that this program is very expensive (just shy of $3000) and we have already exhausted all of our financial abilities to help him. This seems to be the last resort for our sweet boy, and we hope you can help us raise these funds to help him.
