Rehabilitation for twins

We are family of 6. Dad, mum,Miks(15),Raivo(11), Criss and Ryan. Ryan and Criss are happy 7 year old twin brothers with Cerebral palsy. They have been born at 28 weeks of my pregnancy and have been through a lot. We recently took Criss for rehabilitation course of two weeks in Latvia, rehabilitation centre "Vaivari" where he received fizio and made amazing progress, he is more able to keep his balance on standing on his knees and his  core muscles is more stronger now. We do hope if we could take him there every half year as recommended by specialist there, one day he will be able to walk. As this rehabilitation cost around 2k per child it's hard for our family to afford to take them there every 6 months. We do hope that we can raise the money and on February take Ryan there as well. The amount of 8000£ pound would cover rehabilitation course for both boy's for one year, travelling expenses and living expenses. It's the first time when our family is asking for fundraising so I'm not really sure what else to include. Thank you to everyone who is helping our boy's to get better and be more independent.
