Rehabilitation for Rebecca

Rebecca is my best friend of 30+ years. Rebecca entered the hospital about 10 weeks ago and will finally be discharged this week.  Jeff hasn't left her side for a minute, but it has cost him quite a bit. He is the breadwinner, but hasn't been able to work b/c he has been by Rebecca's side. They have been together for over 7 years, but b/c they are not legally married, he can't file for FMLA. His company has donated sick leave so that he can stay with her and still draw a paycheck, but that has come to an end.  He needs to return to work next week. Rebecca's insurance will not pay for her to go to rehab at this time.  The doctors have said she CAN regain mobility and has already shown GREAT signs of improvement since her treatment for what doctors FINALLY discovered to be Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis. Rebecca has had to undergo chemotherapy treatments and stem cell treatments, among a number of other things, which Jeff could share with you in great detail, as he knows EVERYTHING and can explain to you much like her physicians regarding her care at this point.   Jeff has asked me to step in and figure out a way to fund the care she needs at home so that she can receive some sort of rehabilitation treatment and have someone with her while he returns to work.  He will need to hire someone for the next 2-3 months until she is strong enough to stay on her own during the day. This precious couple would greatly appreciate anything you could do to contribute to her care so that she doesn't miss a beat and we can see Rebecca on her happy feet once again!!
