And I want to return Thrift Rx to its former glory as the one and only epic punk/rave venue in the glorious land of Provo, Utah.

WHY IT MATTERS

Thrift Rx is more than just a thrift store, its a community space. A place built by us, for us. And at the heart of it, its an environmental initiative to keep wearable clothes out of landfills.

Every single clothing donation helps us keep thousands of pounds of clothes out of landfills and funds the store that funds the venue. Reselling donations is what keeps the lights on — literally. When you give us clothes, you’re fueling our little fire and feeding your community (I live in Provo guys).

Cash is helpful (and deeply appreciated), but clothes build the future.

HOW TO DONATE

Clothing donations from the community are absolutely crucial in sustaining Thrift Rx as we re-establish our venue. YOU CAN DONATE CLOTHES ANYTIME WE’RE OPEN — including during events!

Regular Hours:

Mon–Thurs: 1–8pm

Fri: 12–10pm

Sat: 11–10pm

Trash bags, cardboard boxes, a single tote bag of stuff — we will take it all and all of it makes a difference.

We accept:

- Clothing & textile goods

- Household decor

- Books, CDs, tapes, vinyl, etc.

Not sure if we want something? DM us on Instagram or text a photo to **630-520-2514** (number on Google profile too).

We even have a special secret backdoor for easy drop-offs — and if you have A LOT of stuff, we’ll come pick it up from your house or storage unit.

We want to make donating local as easy as possible. Seriously: text me.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE CLOTHES...

Cash donations are also welcome and will go directly toward building renovations and the venue.

As an established, for-profit business, I don’t like asking for money. But venues are expensive to build/maintain and frankly, they're not a profitable business model. When it comes to the music, we're not in it for the money — we’re in it for the art, the culture, our community.
