Hi, I have been a registered nurse for over five years. During which time, I sustained over 50 concussions, and now I cannot work. I have daily seizures, often on repeat for hours. Other times I am postictal (groggy, weak, confused). I used to make good money to afford my Home Mortgage and bills and groceries and gas and paper towels and toilet paper (the essentials).

Now I live off of $140/month in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. I have lost 40lbs in 3 months.

Please help me avoid forclosure on my house, starvation, spontaneous death during seizure, and homelessness.

I cannot even afford my seizure medications sometimes.
