About Leera:
Leera is a young entrepreneur. Her professional field of study is Nutrition and Dietetics at Northern Caribbean University based in Manchester, Jamaica. Her area of expertise is not only specific to Nutrition Assessment and Counseling but also Food Service Management, Community Nutrition, Nutrition Care Management and Human Biology. Leera holds an Associates of Science in General Studies with Biology. She worked two years and used her savings and grants from family and friends to support her on her journey to complete her degree.
Goals:
Leera focusses on building her dreams in Jamaica and Belize, where she believes in the incorporation of innovation and professionalism in the field of Dietetics. Her goals is to complete her BSc in Dietetics.

Activities:
Under her leadership she fostered a tutoring program for the university students and motivational seminars. Leera lobbied for students along with college deans where she learned "good communication is pertinent to success".
