Iceland’s Region 3 Ice Bucket Challenge in aid of CALM

Hi Everyone, Region 3 here from Iceland and the Food Warehouse,

Sometimes, the smallest act of kindness can change – or even save – a life.

That’s why, as a Region, we’re coming together to support CALM – the Campaign Against Living Miserably. CALM is a charity that’s there for people when life feels overwhelming. They offer hope, a listening ear, and real support during life’s darkest moments.

To raise awareness and funds for this life-saving cause, we’ll be taking part in the Ice Bucket Challenge. It’s a light-hearted way to shine a light on something incredibly serious – and to remind those who are struggling that they are never alone.
