My name is Azzahir Lacroix. On the morning of September 22nd, 2025, my younger sister, Zariah, my brother, Kamani, and I unexpectedly lost our father. This has been an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time for our family, and we’re still trying to navigate the shock and heartache that comes with such a loss.

Our father was not only a central figure in our lives, but he also provided the main source of financial support for our family. His passing has left us with both emotional and financial burdens. We now face the challenge of covering daily living expenses without his income, and it’s been a struggle to find a way forward.

As we try to cope with the emotional impact, we also want to alleviate some of the financial strain on our family. My sister Zariah, who is 17, and my brother Kamani, who is 13, are both deeply affected by this loss, and we’re doing our best to support them during this difficult time.
