Reginald Garrett Burial Fund

Reginald went missing around 1997 from Pascagoula. His remains were found in 2001 in Biloxi, a victim of a homicide, however they were not identified as Reginald until 2018 once new technology was used. His father, 74 year old Marion Simpson needs the fund to put his son at rest. He is on a fixed retirement income and any help would be appreciated
