My 2-year-old niece Regina was detected with a malignant brain tumour. After 3 months in hospital and 7 surgeries, doctors in Mexico managed to remove 95% of the tumour and now we are looking for funds to pay for the next stage of her treatment.
Because of her age and the position of the tumour, specialists have recommended that the best option available is Proton Therapy in order to eradicate the residues of that malignant tumour without hurting her brain.
Unfortunately, the treatment is not available in Mexico, and we need to ask for help from friends and family to fly her to Europe and cover the costs of this treatment.
