Reggies Race and Battle

Thank you for taking the time to read my brief story and allowing me to share why i need your help. 
   My name is Reginald Kemp II, im just an ordinary 35 year old guy with a 10 year old son who is my world

and i am facing a battle for my life. 4 years ago i had 3 cardiac arrest during surgery which damaged my kidneys. Since that time i have had a pacemaker put in my chest, ive had two amputations

, and im blind in one eye. Thats enough alone, but to top it off i have end stage renal disease more commonly known as CKD or chronic kidney disease. This basically means that my kidneys no longer function and that my blood is not cleaned by my body filling it with waste products that my body cannot filter. i require dialysis treatmnts 3 times a week for 4 hours. They leave me drained and fatigued to the point of exhaustion. In order for me to live i am in need of a life saving kidney transplant. I have been selected for a program in North Carolina that could potentially save my life.my lifeline, only thing keeping me alive


     Im in need of your help in order to help with relocation cost to move to North Carolina, as well to help me with some of my healthcare cost. I do receive health coverage because of my disability but it only covers 80% of my bills leaving me to pay the remainder out of pocket. And trust me the bills are adding up quickly. 
    So please if you could find it in your heart to help me out i would greatlyappreciate it.
