Executive Sous Chef Reggie Manuel

In October of 2016 our Executive Sous Chef Reggie Manuel was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma in his foot, hip and shoulder.  In December 2016 two days before Christmas doctors decided it was best to amputate his foot.  They also decided that he needed to start chemo in February.
Coming February 6, 2017 The Manship team decided to  help raise money for Reggie's family.  We called on some of our most respected Chef friends from New Orleans and Jackson and will be doing a dinner to help offset the costs associated with such a serious illness.
For people not able to attend this dinner but wanting to contribute to help Reggie we decided to start this go fund me page .  Any and all donations are helpful and much appreciated.
