Regan Leigh Noyes passed away on June 29, 2021, while awaiting an organ transplant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her kind heart, beautiful smile, and lively spirit will be greatly missed. In Regan's memory, donations will support the Good Shepherd Catholic School in St. Johnsbury Vermont, which Regan attended from pre-K to 8th grade.
