Regan Gaddini

Beginning around Thanksgiving 2022, Regan noticed she had extreme abdominal bloating. During Christmas break she went to the walk-in clinic and found a large amount of fluid and a large mass in her abdomen. On January 25, she had surgery to remove the mass the size of a women’s basketball, her left ovary, appendix, 5 liters of fluid, and part of her omentum. On February 6, Regan was diagnosed with stage 2b mucinous cancer of the ovary. Before starting chemotherapy, she is taking steps to preserve her ability to have a family in the future. Regan will do 2 rounds of IVF egg harvesting.

This GoFundMe will be used to help with the costs of fertility treatment and medication and everyday expenses for Regan while she is unable to work. Unfortunately, Regan’s specific insurance plan does not cover the costs of anything fertility related. After finishing two rounds of IVF, she will begin chemotherapy for 4 and a half months.
