Reg Kennedy

My beloved papa Reg Kennedy passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Sadly, in the wake of his passing, my mum and his daughter, Kirsty, who he would never wish any struggles upon is facing a devastating financial blow. He had a life insurance policy in place to help cover funeral expenses, but the company behind it unfortunately went bust, leaving us without the support we were counting on to give him the send off he deserves.

We’re setting up this GoFundMe with a goal of 4,000 to contribute towards the costs of celebrating the life of this amazing man—a tribute that honours the big heart and joyful spirit he shared with the world. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to us during this incredibly difficult time.

My papa was the heart of our family and a proud Paisley man, through and through. He lived life with warmth, humour, and a deep love for those around him. Music was his soul’s language—whether it was sharing songs, stories, or simply humming a tune, it brought him joy and helped him connect with everyone he met.
