Refurbish the Big School

Here at Hayfield we have created an environment that gives people space to thrive, whether that is as a rider, coach, horse, volunteer or parent. We pride ourselves on this and are second to none in providing an inclusive and nurturing environment. Now it is time to make our buildings match our high standards. At the moment the big school, which is 40 years old is in need of a refurbishment. We teach riders of all ages and abilities and work with a variety of partner agencies to provide access to horses which helps some of the most vulnerable in our community. Some have sensory issues and it’s important for us to provide a clean, comfortable space for this work to happen.

At the moment the big school requires a bit of work-the roof to be patched and the kick boards and surface to be replaced.

As with many businesses, Covid and the cost of living crisis has had an impact on our finances. Whilst we have tried to keep riding accessible and affordable we need some help to raise funds for the ‘Big School Project’.

We want to thank everyone for your kindness and generosity. For donations £250 and over a plaque with your chosen name will be put up in the Big School.  Together with support from everyone, we can make this happen and provide a lovely space to carry on all the good work already happening and do even more!
