Refuge, Relief, Rebuild: Help my family in Gaza

My name is Omer and I am a Palestinian and my family in Gaza is in great need now.

I’m writing this to you at a time of great urgency and need. My Uncle’s family of eight is currently in Gaza, facing unimaginable circumstances. His family is desperately seeking your support to help them find a shelter, buy medicine, and avoid hunger.

They endured endless horrors. In October, they had to flee their home in northern Gaza, the first area to be bombed, and have been homeless for three months. They first moved to a family member's home in Rafah, but had to flee again soon after. They are currently residing in a refugee camp near Rafah but they will eventually have to look for a place to rent. Finding a place to rent has become unimaginably hard and prices to rent have soared. Their home in northern Gaza has become unlivable, and they are not allowed to return. They have lost absolutely everything and are fighting for their lives every day. They endured unimaginable atrocities. My uncles also suffers from prostate disease and his daughter suffers from type 1 diabetes and they find it extremely difficult to get their hands on the medications they need to survive. The car they own, their only means of transportation, also got destroyed. Your donations will help provide shelter, life saving medications, food, and hopefully in the future once the war ends, it will help them rebuild their livelihood again.
