As you are no doubt aware, Reform UK is very different to other political parties in the U.K. We have no coordinated central funding, no local branch associations and no local selection committees. Prospective parliamentary candidates are selected, vetted and trained centrally, but then expected to raise awareness and funds locally to support their campaigns.

Currently, candidates for the other main parties appear to be getting central support in pushing their messages widely on social media and in local leaflet campaigns and if we are to match them, we will need to raise funds locally.

It is for that reason that I have created a Go Fund Me page where I hope to raise £5,000 to help support my election effort. All funds raised will be ring fenced and used in the constituency.
