Maintain My Art Studio and Keep Me Painting

Hello, my name is Jim Pescott. I'm a Canadian visual artist, painting with a unique self-taught pointillist style I've been doing for about 30 years.

In November2024, I experienced a significant investment fraud that has required me to adjust so many things in my life.

- It's been helpful to move from Calgary, Alberta to Cranbrook, BC, which is now my home.

- I've found part-time employment and feel very grateful for this.

- I sell my paintings online as much as possible.

Still, I'm very much insolvent financially. The fraud took $600k, my entire financial security and my freedom.

ART STUDIO: I've always had a home-based studio, but I've lost this and very much need some space to create and paint again. My hope is to rais funds to help me re-establish my art studio. Rent and utilities is a significant part of this for about 400 sqft of studio to provide for my easel, artwork inventory space, a work table and room for office/admin things.
