Hi there!

My name is Jess, and I’m a volunteer for a non-profit humanitarian organisation based in Ukraine called Ukraine is Europe.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022, our organisation has been delivering a variety of humanitarian projects — from education access and humanitarian aid to energy support, mobile clinics, and refugee reintegration.

Thanks to the generosity of private donors, international partners, and government support, we’ve reached thousands of vulnerable and displaced Ukrainians. Our mission is simple: to work with and for the Ukrainian people, responding directly to the needs of both Ukrainian society and government.

Now, we’re working to reestablish our Refugee Reintegration Centre in Dnipro, which will help those displaced by war reintegrate back into society.

The centre was fully operational in 2022–2023, and in close collaboration with the Ministry of Reintegration, we successfully supported 11 returnee families. Building on that experience, we’re relaunching the centre — and if successful, we hope to expand this model across Ukraine when the war ends.

The Dnipro Centre will provide:

Call Centre – a dedicated hotline for displaced persons and returnees, providing vital information and guidance.

Legal & Administrative Assistance – help with documentation, benefits applications, and legal protection.

Psychological Support – individual and group counselling, plus trauma care.

Medical Support – an on-site medical professional providing assistance and specialised care.

Housing & Employment Assistance – guidance on accessing housing and job opportunities, working closely with employers and local authorities.

We need at least £2,000 per month to cover rent and utilities for the centre.

Longer term, we’ll require at least £6,000 per month to cover staff salaries and ensure sustainable operations.

As the centre is registered in France and operates in Ukraine, it isn’t eligible for direct charity registration under GoFundMe. To ensure transparency, an independent UK-based bank account and PayPal have been established to direct funds safely to this project.
