Hello, my name is Stephanie. This is my son Reese. He is 22 years old and the light of our lives. He has a generous heart and a giving soul and brings life to every party.

Yesterday, he was in a terrible motorcycle accident and lost his left arm. Despite this, he is still his happy self and his spirits are high. We are very grateful that he is still here thanks to the quick thinking of his dad who was with him. He did have surgery, but they were unable to save his arm. He will be having a few more surgeries to clean the wound and prevent infection. Then they will be grafting muscle and skin from his back to prepare his arm for a prosthesis.

My son has worked hard to get to where he is, but he will have to work even harder now. We are not sure what the road ahead holds, but I know he will give it everything he has. Update: Reese is doing well, spirits are still high. He has had his second surgery for cleaning the wound yesterday. There will be one more surgery to clean the wound on Wednesday and then 1 to prepare his arm for a prosthesis. They will have to do a skin graft from his thigh, but thankfully they will not have to pull any muscle. Thank you for your continued support. We will be using the funds the help with expenses while he is out of work and healing, but mostly we would like it to go to a good fully functioning prosthesis. Thank you again and God Bless!
