Hello! My name is Reese Francis I am Rugby player here in Dallas Texas for The Dallas Harlequins. I play in the Texas Rugby Union League which is the highest level in Texas before going pro. I have been blessed with an opportunity to travel to New York to play in a Tournament representing the best Texas has to offer.
