Reena to World Championships 2025

I am Siret Luik. I am an archery coach from Estonia and for past 7 years living in Switzerland. I am coaching Reena Pärnat and this project is aimed to raise funds for her World Championships participation.
Although she is 3x Olympian and World Ranking top 30.. she is struggling to finance her competitions. Since Paris Olympic Games, she has shot 6 international World Ranking events and has finished in finals field 3 times. Not bad, isn't it?
The Estonian Olympic Committee support is helping her to have a good preparation, but there is no funding for competitions. Estonian Archery Federation is supporting the World Championships participation with 450€, but the trip costs around 3000€.
This GoFundMe project support would be used 1000€ to cover the cost and 500€ for equipment (new scope and quiver).
Some of Reena's achievements in archery:
- 3 Olympic Games (London, Tokyo, Paris)
- European Youth Championships, silver medal 2012
- 91% of Estonian records for recurve women, renewing both 70 meter round and 18 meter round in past year.
- Bronze medal in Swiss Open 2023 and 2024
- 4th place in Nimes Tournament 2025
- Gold medal in Conquest Cup 2025
Reena's goals:
- Get to National Olympic Committee B level support as soon as possible to prepare better and have more competitions
- Continuous and stable progress of results - both in ranking round and average arrow in matches
- Medal at Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games
Reena's current supporters:
- Estonian Olympic Committee, Category C support for her and her coach – helps cover most of Reena's preparation in Switzerland, a few competitions during the indoor season and the coach's competition expenses
- Reena's parents - Reena's daily meals in Switzerland and some competitions in Europe
- Reena's coach Siret - unpaid coaching work and minor expenses
- Archery equipment manufacturers - MK Archery (bow), Shibuya (sight), Beiter (plunger and nocks), Easton (arrows)
- Estonian Archery Federation - 810€ for representing the national team in 2025 and 350€ for the coach's expenses
- French Archery Club in Brienon – covering the costs of French competitions and camps (total support approx. 1600€/season)
- Sometimes also scholarships from the Ministry of Culture or (symbolic) prize money, which goes towards the costs of the next competitions
- Estonian fundraiser on hooandja.ee platform - we have raised 3500€ for her 2025 season.
