James Wiley Jr has spent the last 20 years of his life dedicated to uplifting, guiding, mentoring, and leading under-served youth in the Southeast community. Three years ago he started a nonprofit called Reel Teens, which aims to get a facility in the community where youth can congregate daily in a safe space where they feel loved and supported, while having the time of there lives in a teen center environment. James was able to start that venture with a mobile teen center, a 7x14 enclosed trailer that housed pool tables, ping pong, and so much more. Reel Teens just finish the first day of their new summer program, Summer Nights, Friday night hangouts with his mobile teen center. Hours after the completion of this event someone broke into his mobile teen center and stole around $8,000 worth of equipment. Generator, projector, 20ft inflatable projector screen, 55inch tv, speaker system, mic system and a crate full of cables , extension cords, game pieces and more. We are reaching out to the community asking for help to get this items replaced so that Reel Teens can continue to be a safe haven of love, support, and fun for teenagers!
