The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef—second largest in the world—is dying, and we can no longer wait for help that may never come.

Our coral reef off the coast of Cancun, once vibrant and teeming with life, is suffering severe coral bleaching due to rising ocean temperatures, pollution, and unchecked human activity. This fragile ecosystem is on the brink—and with it, the marine life and coastal communities that depend on it.

That’s why we are launching a grassroots reef restoration project, with a mission to install a coral nursery, a proven method that has helped regenerate reefs in many parts of the world.
