This will be my second consecutive trip over Winter/Christmas break! This year, I will be traveling to another country with a University of Florida lead group, to offer basic health care in hospitals and clinics. I will be leaving December 19th and staying in India until January 3rd. On Christmas I will be working in an orphanage, helping care for young children which is so very important.

Last Chirstmas I spent 10 days in Honduras, providing life saving medical supprt to remote areas that otherwise have no access to health providers and care. My experience traveling abroad and using my Spanish speaking ability inspried me to do another trip to another country I have never been to. This trip will be more strenuous and challenging, requires a lot more travel and will involve a drastic language barrier. I am asking for help on your behalf so I can help others for all of us!  

In India I will be working in a hospital for a week, working alongside doctors and medical students to help diagnose and plan treatment for a variety of patients.
