Redwood Metalfest Final Chapter

My name is Bryon...folks call me Stiky. Im the host and organizer for the long running annual event REDWOOD METALFEST. It is a free event held outdoors in downtown Ukiah Ca. It features local as well as not so local Metal bands. The event is in its 7th, and final year. Although the event is free to attend, its not free to produce. Typically I have relied on grants and donations from sponsors and businesses, as well as my personal financial contributions. LET ME BE CLEAR, this years event will be funded one way or another. The basic production and operating costs have been met by my personal financial contributions. However, I am limited in what I personally can contribute. I am asking for donations from the general public and from patrons of the event for the fact that, due to COVID, many of our usual businesses and sponsors no longer exist, or are financially  unable to contribute....Im asking YOU to be our sponsors. Because this will be the FINAL Redwood Metalfest, my intention is to create the best possible FREE event that can be conjured....for that, i  need your help! The event will be held Saturday August 21st, 2021 from noon to 930pm at Alex Thomas Plaza, Ukiah, Ca, so long as its safe, and permitted by the county. We observe any and ALL COVID requirements and compliance.  Full transparency....RWMF in a typical year costs about $8000 to $9000 to produce. The plans Ive made for this year have a budget of about $13000 in total.... rental, insurance, performers, sound, lights, and other production requirements like staging and shade structures, hospitality and promotions.  Im asking YOU to help me reach the next level of production by contributing. I need to raise and additional $4000  to make it perfect. Will you help? Will you please be a part of presenting this gift to the community? RWMF not only entertains the fine folks of Mendocino County and beyond, it also brings much needed tourism and revenue to the city of Ukiah (which, currently, is in great need). It also gives opportunity to local bands and helps keep the music scene vibrant and moving forward.
